Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of Korrali Trust, operated by Korrali LLC, 30 N Gould St, Ste N, Sheridan, WY 82801, United States. By creating an account you agree to them.

Korrali Trust helps you organise security and compliance knowledge, draft answers to security questionnaires using AI, maintain a control dashboard, and publish a public trust page.

Answers are generated from the knowledge base you provide and cite their sources, but they are drafts requiring your review. They are not legal advice, not a compliance certification, and not a warranty that any statement is accurate or current.

You are solely responsible for what you submit to customers, auditors or regulators. Sending an unreviewed answer is your decision and your risk.

You retain ownership of everything you upload. You grant us the licence needed to host, process and display it in order to run the service — including sending relevant excerpts to the AI providers named in our Privacy Policy.

You confirm you have the right to upload what you upload, and that doing so does not breach an obligation you owe someone else.

• Do not upload content you have no right to share.
• Do not use the service to produce statements you know to be false.
• Do not attempt to breach, overload or reverse-engineer the service.
• Do not resell or white-label the service without a written agreement.

Paid plans begin after any free trial. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled, and are billed through Stripe. You can cancel at any time and will retain access to the end of the current billing period. Fees already paid are non-refundable except where required by law.

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may modify or discontinue features, and will give reasonable notice of material changes affecting paid plans.

You may close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms or create risk for the service or other customers. You can export your data before closing your account.

The service is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind to the extent permitted by law. To the maximum extent permitted, our aggregate liability arising from these terms is limited to the fees you paid in the twelve months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses, including lost business or a failed security review.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules.

We may update these terms. Material changes will be notified by email and reflected in the effective date above. Continued use after that constitutes acceptance.
